The Cabinet of the India's Prime Minister to be Narendra Modi is now out. Arun Jaitley is the biggest gainer, according to this report. He will get both Defence and Finance ministry. Other big gainer is Smriti Irani, who will get HRD Ministry. Rajnath Singh will be Home minister.
