BSP Chief Mayawati attacks Narendra Modi

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Friday dismissed the BJP's claim that there is a "Narendra Modi wave" in the country and accused it of playing a divisive politics to win the Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing a press briefing in the Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow, the BSP chief said, "The BJP is creating a false impression that there is a Modi wave in the country. The BJP is desperate to win and has been making false claims. On sensing the ground situation, we can say that even the BJP is not in a strong position."
The BSP supremo also categorically ruled out extending any support to Modi government in the event of BJP coming to power after polls.
