Congress president Sonia Gandhi thanked the voters of Rae Bareli, from where she has won three parliamentary elections on the trot, after filing her nomination for the upcoming election. She was accompanied by son and party vice-president Rahul Gandhi during her visit to the collector's office. Her vehicle was showered with flower petals as she reached Rae Bareli to file her papers.
