UIDAI chairman and former Infosys CEO Nandan Nilekani, in the run up to being declared the Congress candidate from the Bangalore South constituency for the Lok Sabha polls, has quietly built a team of experts as well as a bank of ideas for Bangalore that he is bouncing on online platforms such as his personal blog and social media.
Nilekani's online and offline campaign is expected to peak once the official declaration of candidatures is made by the party.

Nilekani's core group of experts includes close associates adept at using technology, lawyers and policy experts who are expected to work closely with the Congress strategists and local politicians.
