Sonia Gandhi requests Prime minister for special status to Seemandhara

In a bid to end the stalemate over Telangana, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, as per sources, is believed to have asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to grant special status to Seemandhara for five years.
