Three cylinder blasts rock Delhi

Three simultaneous explosions were reported from various areas of the national capital on Friday afternoon, injuring at least three people.
The explosions were reported from Harsh Vihar near Pitampura, Matiala Road near Uttam Nagar and Sarai Kale Khan . Fire tenders were rushed to the spots. Prima facie there was no foul play in the blasts.
According to police sources, a refrigerator compressor went off inside a house in Harsh Vihar, while the explosion was caused by a liquified petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder in Sarai Kale Khan. In Matiala Road the explosion took place at a sweetmeat shop, leading to fire.
