NewsX: Congress to ask people if they want AAP government to continue

Congress has taken a leaf out of AAP's book and decided to go to people to check if they want party to withdraw support from AAP government. The idea of referendum could now be used by Congress to pull the plug on the AAP government headed by Kejriwal.
