AAP has shown lack of understanding and it's a very incompetent govt, says Delhi Police Commissioner.

The AAP, whose Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is staging a street protest, Tuesday said it has no intention of disrupting the official Republic Day celebrations.

Kejriwal, his ministers and a large number of Aam Aadmi Party supporters are massed near the Rail Bhavan, not far from the Rajpath Boulevard where the annual Republic Day parade takes place.
