A day after the Congress Working Committee (CWC) decided Vice-president Rahul Gandhi will lead the party's campaign for Lok Sabha elections and won't be named the prime ministerial candidate; Chief Sonia Gandhi on Friday reiterated that the CWC decision is final.

Youth Congress workers shouted slogans demanding Rahul Gandhi be named as the prime ministerial candidate at the All India Congress Committee's meeting.

"The decision that was taken yesterday that the Congress campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections will be led by Rahul Gandhi is final," said Sonia.
