Sushil Shinde shielded Shahid Balwa accused in IPL Controversy, and close to Dawood Ibrahim

Ex- Home Secretary RK Singh and now BJP leader has taken on his former boss Sushil Kumar Shinde accusing him on various counts.
The charges are serious and damaging. Singh claims that Shinde shielded a businessman close to Dawood, he also said that the home minister regularly interfered in Delhi Police's functioning including transfers. He slammed the UPA govt saying it was clueless about governance.
