Outlawed Communist Party of India (Maoist) on Monday claimed that the woman who had surrendered before the Andhra Pradesh Police along with Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee spokesman Gumudavelli Venkatakrishna Prasad alias Gudsa Usendi was not his wife and the key Maoist leader had left his spouse behind and fled with another woman.

"There have been no ideological differences. He never raised it in the party forum though CPI (Maoist) constitution permits its cadres to raise issues within the party. It's the party's stand against his immoral activities that forced him to surrender", CPI (Maoist) Dandakaranya Special Zonal Committee secretary Rammana said in a recorded statement.
