After Justice AK Ganguly, another former Supreme Court judge Swatanter Kumar has been accused of sexual harassment by a law intern, who worked with him in 2011, a leading news channel reported on Friday.
The report says that the lady worked with the former apex court judge in May 2011, but quit the internship programme mid-way after she was disturbed by the behaviour of the judge. More allegations levelled against former Supreme Court judge Swatanter Kumar.
