At a time when Chief Justice of India P Sathasivam's decision to take suo-moto cognizance of the NUJS intern sexual harassment case has come in for severe criticism from various quarters, another case at the same university, which comes directly under his purview, has put serious question mark on actions.The victim (PA to the VC) had written directly to the CJI (Chancellor of NUJS) complaining how the university administration was trying to suppress the entire matter.
