Taking a dig at Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said that no ‘Yuvraj’ from Delhi will be able to understand the issues faced by Gorakhpur and the efforts required to counter encephalitis. CM Yogi Adityanath said that encephalitis is a serious concern and asserted that cleanliness is important to weed out the disease. He said that the governments in last 12-15 years ruined institutions in UP. Launching a cleanliness drive ‘Swasth Uttar Pradesh’ campaign, the CM said that state government will take all the necessary steps to counter the disease, he also emphasized on the role of people to maintain clean and hygienic surrounding.
