As Bihar flood inundates 13 districts and continue to worsen. We bring ground report from Champaran district where people are facing lot of problems and they are helpless . The flood affected people are heading towards a safer place with there luggage and also in some places no facilities have been provided by the government, 70 lakh people have become homeless.
