Floods continue to wreak havoc in Bihar

As Bihar flood inundates 13 districts and continue to worsen. We bring you India News ground report from Katihar district's Kursela village. According to the sources 70 lakh people are affected and have become homeless, 56 people lost their lifes. NDRF and SDRF army is making a continuous effort to rescue all the flood affected people.
