Former Supreme Court judge Ashok Kumar Ganguly, who has been accused of sexually harassing a former law intern, today said he would not comment on a post in her blog which hinted at filing a police complaint. The intern has hit back at him for denying the charges. She wrote on her blog on 'Legally India', "Those who have been spreading rumours and politicizing the issue, are doing so out of prejudice and malice to obfuscate the issue and escape scrutiny and accountability."
