Haryana BJP State chief Subhash Barala’s son Vikas Barala and his friend were arrested, later given bail, for misbehaving with IAS’s daughter, Varnika Kundu in Chandigarh. He was charged with IPC section 365, section 341 and section 511. CCTV footage of Sector 7 and Sector 26 of Chandigarh were missing. First CCTV footage has been found and released.
