New Delhi: Contrary to what was earlier believed over Mos Environment and Forests resigning from her post to focus on organisation work, it has now emerged that Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi had asked for minister's ouster owing to increasing number of complains from industrialists over delay in getting project clearances.
