Speak out India: Has conspiracy angle behind Devyani's arrest been proven?

The Indian govt on 4 occassions had approched US authorities to take up the case of the missing maid. The US embassy in Delhi was approached on July 5. US state depatment and office of Foreign missions also approached but no action was taken.
