Delhi stares at President's rule as BJP, AAP reluctant to form government - NewsX

It's Seventy-two hours since the capital pronounced its 2-way verdict but the stalmate over who will rule the national capital still continues.
With the continuing reluctance of the BJP and AAP to stake a claim to form a government in Delhi the president's rule looms large. While BJP has decided not to stake claim.. the second largest party AAP has reiterated their stand to sit in the opposition.
As BJP expressing reluctance insiders are telling NewsX, the party wants to take a moral high ground of not staking the claim citing lack of numbers. Highly placed sources add the party is eyeing on the re-poll to comeback with a full majority.
