A 17 year old girl was raped and murdered in Burdwan district in West Bengal allegedly by the goons patronised the Trinamool Congress. The grieved Mother who took the fight for justice now alleges intimidation by local TMC leaders forcing her to withdraw the case.
Earlier, The police in West Bengal's Burdwan district took four days to take cognisance of the complaint of a family who have been running from pillar to post, seeking justice for their daughter who was raped and murdered. After post mortem report confirmed the rape, the police arrested three accused in the case.
