Goa police file FIR against Tarun Tejpal for 'rape' of colleague - News X

PANAJI: The threat of arrest loomed on Friday over Tarun Tejpal, the founder of Tehelka who has stepped aside as editor for six months following charges of sexually assaulting a woman colleague in a hotel elevator in Goa. Tejpal had also apologized for a "lapse of judgment".
Tejpal was charged under IPC sections 354, 376 and 376 (2) (k) for sexual harassment and rape.
