With just few weeks left for Delhi Assembly polls, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will on Sunday address a rally in South Delhi's Ambedkar Nagar.
This will be Rahul's second rally in New Delhi after he had first addressed a crowd of over 8,000 in Mangolpuri on October 27.
