India Debate: Is politics only the preserve of those with famous surnames, money & muscle power?

The power to aspire, the power to dream is what drives the human race to greater achievement. Today in India that fundamental and democratic right if not privilege is being cruelly mocked. The irony is that it is being mocked by an MP from the samajwadi party which is committed to empowering the marginalised, the ordinary honest citizen.
In his zeal to attack Narendra Modi, SP MP Naresh Aggarwal mocked his station in life. Saying that the BJP's prime ministerial face who started out in life as a tea seller cannot aspire to be prime minister. The remark is a slap in the face of a new emerging India that stands tall only on the initiative, enterprise and entrepreneurship of its aspiration citizenry.
