A recent RTI application by activist SC Agarwal has revealed that at least 36 former union ministers continue to wrongly occupy their ministerial residences, even after no longer holding office. The list reads like a who's who with names from the Congress including Ajay Maken and Ambika Soni.

From the BJP the list includes the likes of Sushma Swaraj. Despite a SC direction to the contrary, there is no enthusiasm in civic agencies to take action against these legislators.
