8 coaches of Mahakaushal Express derail in Mahoba, 22 injured

Twenty-two people sustained injuries during the wee hours on Thursday after eight coaches of the Jabalpur- Nizamuddin Mahakaushal Express derailed near Kulapahar in Mahoba station, Uttar Pradesh.
As per initial reports, twenty-two passengers of the Delhi-bound train were injured in the incident which took place at 2:07 AM.
The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team comprising 47 members have reached the train derailment site and have confirmed that there are no casualties so far with less probability of people being trapped.
