After an unprecedented victory in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is leaving no stone unturned in painting the states saffron.

On Sunday evening, PM Modi held a road show at BJP’s headquarters in Delhi.

Amid the presence of thousands of party activists and supporters, Modi, flanked by prominent party leaders, began the march from Le Meridien hotel to the nearby party headquarters on Ashoka Road where the BJP parliamentary board was to meet to decide on the Chief Ministers for the two states.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Sunday he was seeing a new India the way people voted in the just ended assembly elections.

“Despite the absence of any emotional issue, so many came forward to vote. I am seeing a new India here,” Modi told party leaders and activists at the party headquarters on Ashoka Road.
