India debate: Is Modi's decision to condole with Patna blasts victims a political ploy?

6 people died and over a 100 people were injured in the serial blasts that rocked Patna last Sunday, yet the tragedy has not stopped our politicians from capitalising on it.
Narendra Modi will be reaching Patna at 10 pm tonight, after which he will be joining the asthi-kalash rally in honour for the blast victims. The opposition though, claims that Modi will stop at nothing short of inciting riots.
