Former coal secretary PC Parakh in his letter to the PMO, back in 2005 itself, exposes the mafia raj operating within the government.
Not only this, he had back then made the damning revelation that ministers often asked him to comply with oral orders to serve their own personal interests and when Parakh refused to give in to all their unfair demands, MPs began leveling false charges against him to pressurize him to quit.
