Union home minister Sushil kumar Shinde on Tuesday expressed concern over the "increased infiltration" in Jammu and Kashmir. The minister is visiting Jammu's Samba sector in the wake of escalation of the ceasefire violations along the International Border and the Line of Control (LoC).
