Is the BJP planning to field Ravi Shankar Prasad as its CM candidate from Delhi? There is a view within the BJP that since it lacks a charismatic Delhi face to take on Dikshit it could bring in an outsider.

And Prasad could be an effective magnet to target the Bihari migrant vote. Speaking to NewsX, senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley admitted that the saffron party may bring in a Bihari face.
