In another new development, the formal announcement of Congress-Samajwadi Party alliance for the assembly polls may happen on tomorrow, Wednesday.
According to sources, negotiations over seat sharing, powers sharing between both the parties are being discussed as the final filing of the candidates for the elections has to be concluded by 24 January.
