Fog engulfs nothern India, low visibility affects normal life

Fog continues to engulf Delhi-NCR and northern states of India. Passengers continue to suffer due to fog. 101 trains are running late and will arrive late in Delhi. 18 trains have been re-scheduled and 7 trains were cancelled. Several international and domestic flights have been also delayed.
