Rs 70 crores of new notes, 100 kgs of gold seized in Chennai raid

Income Tax sleuths on Thursday unearthed an amassed wealth of 100 kilograms of gold and Rs 90 crore in cash during a raid in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. What is more shocking is that out of Rs 90 crore seized, Rs 70 crore were in new currency notes.
