Former Rajasthan minister Babulal Nagar has been suspended from the Congress over rape charges. Nagar, who is accused of raping and assaulting a 35-year-old woman, had stepped down last month from his post as the minister for dairy, khadi and rural industries. But even as more trouble comes for Nagar with more evidence, the former minister has still not been arrested. A video has emerged, which allegedly shows Nagar's close aide trying to bribe the complainant's family into withdrawing the complaint
