The UN's General Assembly, with the theme of "Post-2015 Development Agenda: Setting the Stage!" has begun and will be attended by nearly 193 member countries. External affairs minister Salman Khurshid has reached New York and apart from attending ministerial meeting at the UN, will also hold bilateral talks with ministers from China, Egypt, Libya, Germany and UAE among others.
