Money can buy negligence and the custodians of law are facilitating this an in-ethical practice.
5 year old Shivam was admitted in a hospital in Kanpur with high fever and till morning he was not attended by any doctor in fact by then it was too late.
Shivam died due to medical negligence. When Shivam's family demanded an inquiry, the doctor offered 50 thousand rupees to the family. This transaction was done in front of the Police, who asked the parents to take the money and walk away.
