BJP president Rajnath Singh on Saturday cancelled his visit to the riot-torn Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh after the State Government did not permit him to enter the State. Rajnath slammed the Samajwadi Government for polticising the riots to make political gains in the upcoming Lok Sabha poll.
He also accused the Samajwadi Party of spreading riots in Uttar Pradesh whenever it comes to power in the State and said a delegation would meet the President next week to give him an account of the prevailing situation in riot-hit areas.
