On Independence Day, ‘Kite Flying’ turns fatal; claims another life

In an unfortunate incident in New Delhi’s Vikaspuri, a 22-year-old biker died after his throat was slit by ‘manjha,’ kite string, leading to excessive bleeding. After his neck got entangled in the string, the man fell off the bike suffering major injuries.
