Class 7th student beaten by fellowmate in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh

A shocking video has emerged from Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr where a class 7th student was beaten up on road. His only mistake was that his scooty dashed with another scooty owned by one of his fellow tuition mate. His fellow mate started beating him along with other onlookers.
