Was told to stay away from Punjab, says Navjot Singh Sidhu on quitting BJP

In a press conference held by Navjot Singh Sidhu on Monday, the former Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (MP) made it very clear that Punjab is of paramount importance to him, irrespective of whether or not he remains associated with any political party. Expressing love for his state Punjab, Sidhu said that he can never leave Punjab and will always work for the betterment of the state. “No party is above Punjab,” Sidhu added.
