NewsX: L K Advani snubbed and shown down, Narendra Modi is BJP's candidate

Its all smiles now after the Parliamentary Board meeting and all the members of the board are on the stage and presenting a united front despite the absence of LK Advani.

All efforts to placate party patriarch LK Advani seem to been for nothing with the leader saying that he won't be at the Parliamentary Board meeting.

This is the second time Advani would be skipping an event in which Modi is to be elevated, having last skipped the Goa meet of the party where the Gujarat Chief Minister was elevated to the post of the party's poll campaign chief.

It is Friday the 13th and Narendra Modi has been crowned BJP's prime ministerial candidate in the parlimentary board meeting of the BJP.
Now remember there have been a series of hectic meetings since morning in the BJP Camp to reach a consensus .

But it seems the decision has been reached. BJP has already informed its allies Shiv Sena and Shiromani Akali Dal about its decision.
