Delhi gangrape case: Victims file complaint against Home Minister

The four men accused of gang-raping and murdering a Delhi student on a bus last year have been found guilty of all charges against them, and will be sentenced on Wednesday. They will likely be sentenced to death, amid widespread public demands they be hanged.
In an extraordinary circumstance, even elements of the Indian government are pushing for the maximum penalty.
''We have strengthened the law,'' Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said immediately after the verdict. ''The death penalty is assured in this case.''
