Communal riots in India: Muzaffarnagar riots- MLA who incited mob still not arrested

As UP burnt top BJP leaders accused the UP government for inaction its own men have been accused of inciting violence in the area.
Its been 3 days and still none of them have been arrested. Muzaffarnagar district magistrate has said the 4 MLA had been evading arrest.
FIR has been lodged against Hukum Singh, Suresh Rana, Kunwar Bhartendu for inciting communal tension in the area and breaching prohibitory action.
