NewsX : Thirty infants die in Kolkata BC Roy Hospital in last four days

Kolkata: At least 30 infants baby are reported to have died at a government-run children's hospital in Kolkata in the last 60 hours. While angry parents are blaming the hospital authorities for mismanagement, doctors at the BC Roy Post-Graduate Institute of Paediatric Sciences, one of the best specialty children's hospitals in the state, say most of the infants who died were admitted here in extremely critical condition."Nurses are not listening to us. They are giving wrong treatment. That is why the children are being affected," said a worried parent.
