Uttarakhand IAS officer Akshat Gupta dies of heart attack in Noida

The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Uttarkhand's Udhamsingh Nagar, Akshat Gupta died of heart attack at a Noida mall on Sunday. Akshat Gupta was a 2006-batch Uttarakhand Cadre IAS officer. He was in Noida to visit his parents.
The bureaucrat was rushed to hospital after the attack where was declared brought death.
