NewsX : Cabinet meets to discuss extension of Monsoon session

The govt wants to extend this Monsoon session of Parliament. Frequent disruptions of Parliament have led to several crucial bills, such as the RTI Amendment lying unattended to.
The cabinet committee will meet at 4:30 pm to discuss the extension.
