Uttarakhand Crisis: BJP, Congress exude confidence ahead of crucial floor test

Asserting that the Congress has lost its existence in Uttarakhand the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday asserted that the grand old party was not capable of proving majority during the crucial test floor today when it could not even pass its budget bill.
