With VHP refusing to call off the 84 Kosi Yatra the U.P government has arrested 70 VHP workers have been arrested in Allahabad.
7 VHP workers have also been arrested from Kanpur.
Remember U.P government has refused to give VHP permission to carry out the Yatra.
